Today’s episode explores this amazing visualization I experienced as my beautiful friend, Sarah Aborn, led an outstanding group of us through Yoga Nidra, a deep guided meditation! I had some amazing imagery come to me in such a symbolic and meaningful way, as well as funny! This episode is a bit more woo-woo and emotionally charged!
